Content: Deeper introduction to the areas of corporate governance and entrepreneurship: management and leadership, strategy and organization, management and decision-making, strategic control, communications, business creation, business plan, financing and investor acquisition.
Objectives: Deeper teaching of fundamentals of these disciplines. The individual topics will be considered in this case both times and industry-specific.
Competencies and skills: Students should be able to apply the learned content to specific practical problems. Entrepreneurship, the recognition of business context, the assessment of risks and opportunities, and the development of possible solutions and implementation strategies are part of the academic profile.
