Content: teaching basic perspectives and discussion on specific issues and problems of discipline management and entrepreneurship.
Learning Objectives: The various subject fields (including foundation and restoration, business models and regional economic policy, strategy, organization and corporate policy, leadership, management and decision-making) are to be developed along with the diverse requirements of different industries and companies. Emphasis should be placed on the industry-specific interaction of analysis, leadership, decision-making and communication.
Competencies and skills: Students should be able to apply the learned content to specific practical problems. Entrepreneurship, the recognition of business context, the assessment of risks and opportunities, and the development of possible solutions and implementation strategies are part of the academic profile.
Teaching and learning activities, methods: issues and industry-specific lectures and exercises, case studies, projects, guest lectures and discussions.
