Management and leadership, similarities and delimitations of management functions and tasks, management philosophies, management principles, management tasks and instruments, management and leadership approaches in practice, leadership and human resource management.
In addition to basic factual knowledge, a problem-oriented introduction to the most important fields of action and decision-making in the areas of entrepreneurship and business plans is provided. Theoretical foundations, environmental and competitive analysis, entrepreneurial strategies, business plan, marketing for start-ups, financing, investor acquisition and participation structure, organization, corporate venturing, networking and franchising, entrepreneurship.
Practical exercises and business simulations enable experimental, playful and competitive learning and realistic conditions such as limited resources, time constraints and competition.
In-depth introduction to areas of corporate management and entrepreneurship: Management and leadership, strategy and organization, steering and decision-making, strategic controlling, communication, entrepreneurship, company foundation, business plan, financing and investor acquisition.
Teaching of basic perspectives and discussion of specific issues and problems in the disciplines of corporate management and entrepreneurship.
